Based in Blairgowrie, a Perthshire town of the Scottish Highlands, Isabelle McInally is a weathered Landscape photographer, influenced by the work of big names in art and photography alike, such as Rembrant, Van Gogh, Manet, Charlie Waite, David Noton, Colin Prior and many more. Throughout her lifetime passion, she has learned to decipher the landscapes, understand the elements and control the light in a traditional as well as in an experimental manner. Her expanding work ranges from traditional sunsets and sunrises with mirroring waters to mysterious, moody and dramatic sceneries which reflect the multi-faceted, fast-changing and ever challenging atmosphere of Scotland and more particularly Perthshire and Glenshee. Behind each photograph is a story of passion and determination, from recognising when the conditions are right to the long stands in the rain, gusty winds and snow storms, patiently waiting for the light to come and fall exactly where wanted. An art and a craft, a perception and an expression that what Lightscape Creation's Landscape Photography is about! The Colours of Scotland is the name given to LCP Landscape Portfolio. It is a collection of Scottish photography (and beyond) which aims to show the country and most particularly Perthshire and Glenshee under a variety of lights and colours, bringing drama or peace from Spring to Winter, from morning to evening.
